Properties in Dwarka Delhi

The rate of residential property in Dwarka has doubled in the last two years. The most important factor in pumping the real estate boom of Dwarka is Metro, which has emerged as a matter of major convenience for the residents here. Prior to that, it was difficult for the residents to travel to far off areas like CP and North Delhi.

Many big and small real estate players are busy investing in a property in Dwarka as it is offering good return on investments. Although city has developed a lot in terms of better infrastructure, improved lifestyle, better connectivity, many new projects are in pipeline and are expected to contribute in overall development of the city.

Amongst other upcoming projects in Dwarka are seven sports complexes out of which one is functional, Exhibition and Convention Center at secotor-24 by DLF, several five star hotels and seven hotels are also expected to come up before 2010 common wealth games, diplomatic enclave will house embassies of at least 39 nations. Apart from that, DDA (Delhi development authority) will come up with around 900 flats in Dwarka. According to a report, number of new technologies will be used in this mega housing project
Dwarka is Asia’s biggest colony and has a total of 29 sectors, of which, 23 are functional. And because of the Metro and underpass, occupancy rate has reached to 40% as against 20%. If the CBI clears all the colonies, it can go up to 70-80%. Within Delhi, there are many people who are extremely interested in buying a residential property in Dwarka.
After some time, ISBT will also come up in Sector 23, Dwarka.

Dwarka has a lot to offer to its residents.
It is closely connected to the airport.
It has wide roads and a big marketplace.
It is well-connected to major parts of Delhi through metro and is very near to both South Delhi and West Delhi.

Co-operative Housing in Dwarka:-

Co-operative Group Housing Society (CGHS) constitutes a major component of housing type of Apartments and Flats in Dwarka. Here, more than 350 CGHS have received the allotment of land out of which 75 per cent has been completed and another 25 per cent are in an advanced stage of development. Within CGHS, over 70 per cent comprise 3BHK apartments and the others like studio apartments and 2BHK apartments in Dwarka are very less in number.
